You and I


12x15 on Birch Panel....
I remember the night
we sat and talked
until the first pale rays of dawn
broke through the darkness.
It was then that we discovered
you and I had become "US"
Sometimes we simply have to sit and be and enjoy the moment.
May you always dream in color.

    Absolutely breathtaking!!
    Don't worry about photoshop, though, I had the same concerns but it's totally separate, or can be another tool, but with work as fabulous as yours, you don't have to worry about losing the brush!!
    Love the words also:)

    I love this painting, Katelen!
    The background with it's texture is just a perfect contrast for the smooth, sleek birds.I'm recently feeling very drawn to bird things,,,I've not painted many,,,,I need to work on that! Thanks for the inspiration!

    that is lovely katelen... and love the birds sitting there too... a bit romantic eh? the words go so well with the image... oh and love also the woman pic with the words silent written across he rlips - that is fantastic...very powerful imagery!
