I can not believe it has been a month since I have posted. So much going on in my life, yet not worth sharing. It would be all rude, dark and depressing and who wants to hear that. NO ONE..So I have stayed away. I have stopped in on a few of you and left a comment or two..I am sorry to say I have not done much of that either..
So I will leave you with a few words.
We need to accept fear and anger with a genuine loving-kindness for ourselves, and then let them go. If you suppress them, the attachment nurtures their roots. It is all right to let it come and let it go.
I am trying to let it go.
