LIGHT OF HOPE

This house stands hollow and empty.

The light filters through the window giving the room light and shadows.

Mostly shadows, but shadows are not those of darkness and fear.

This room is peaceful and silent.

The light brings beauty into the room casting light upon the floor, touching the broken glass giving a sparkle of hope to this old house.

.As is life we all need the light to come through the window giving us the hope of sparkle.

Coming Out of the Fog And Learning to Forgive.

Walking the fields of life and sometimes we have to wait until the fog lifts to see our way.

These are a couple of my photo shots. I have not been in my studio nor have I been posting.

I have been in a fog and I think it is beginning to lift. I have realized in 2010, God has a lot of faith in me..He says he will not give us anything we can not handle. He also has brought me to not only to my knees but brought me down to earth. He said Forgive . I said I do not think I can. He said Matthew 6 14/15...For if you forgive men of their wrong doing your heavenly Father will also forgive you.. I said I do not think I can.. He said but if you can not forgive, neither will your heavenly Father.

So I am learning to forgive.

Tomorrow I will learn again.

Sorry I have not been visiting and I hope soon to start working in my studio. Life takes us where we need to be. To make us who we are to become.

Three Worlds

15x18 on Birch Panel. This one of those pieces you work on and then you sit it down. You come back to it , look at it and sit it down.. I did this , too many times to mention. LOL... Yet when I finished it. The wait had been worth it to me.

The number 3 is used in many cultures for many reasons.

Beginning, a Middle and the End.

Mind, Soul, Spirit.

Number 3 manifest in some form of the physical in one way or another.

Some say bad comes in 3 and some say good comes in 3.

We do things in 3's with out knowing it.

Do you believe in 3's?

New Year 2010--My Word is Search

This piece is just a quick sketch on wood with oil pastels. Using the word I choose for the year Search....
This year is to year to search my heart, my soul.

The pages below are my first pages of a small journal for the the first day of the year of 2010.
I will bind them together into a small journal. It shall be my inspiration for the year. To remind me to always keep searching within our self. We have so much and we forget to keep searching for more. We just scratch the surface of our soul.. Then we stop instead of Searching for more.Think the words that can describe search are ," Find, Bring to Light, expose ,discover, uncover, unearth and look for, and probe." I shall do all these things to find My self.. I am on a new and exciting journey..
