Spoon Feed your Artist Soul

This is one of my Black and White Photo..I hand tinted ..I wanted the colors to be dripping out of the spoons and to be pouring onto the earth.. I love vintage silver ware and I have several shots of different ones.. I will show you the Knives next post...
I am going to frame these and hang them in my breakfast area..Maybe? I know the photo does not show the colors as well as I would like for them to, but it was the best I could do with my scanner. If you will click on the photo, you can see the color so much better.. No photo shop on these, because I do not know how to use..Which I said I would not use but I think I will have to rethink that...Amazing things with photography can be done with the computer.. For know I am just staying with my own hands..
I hope all have a wonderful weekend.. Enjoy, I think here it is calling for MORE RAIN......Yet that is a good excuse to stay in the studio because I can not get outside....
May you always dream in color,
Katelen

I just love this. Looks like those spoons have been stirring pigments all night long! The background here reminds me of seaweed on rocks.

You've made these spoons into a wonderful composition!
I think it would look great in a breakfast area.
Wonderful colors, and the different shapes in the handles add so much to the overall.

The grainy pewter gray of the background and spoons aginst the blue green technicolor is simply stunning. This is just an awesome photograph.

Terrific color combinations. This is a very interesting way to portray eating utensils. Nice photo.

This is so cool! I love the rich colors, mixed with the gritty nature of the background. Who'da thought spoons could be so interesting?! :)
